Green Gram Dosa - Health Recipes
The Green Gram Dosa is an ideal breakfast option for diabetics as it provides a good amout of protein, fibre and moderate amount of carbohydrates. The glycemic index is low. As it is soaked overnight it is easier digest and provides a better source of vitamin c.
     Green gram – 1 cup
     Red chillies – 4 no
     Garlic – 5 cloves
     Ginger  – 1 inch
     Coriander leaves
     Hing – 1 pinch
     Small onions – 6 no
     Salt to taste
Soak the green gram overnight and grind all the remaining ingredients along with it to form a smooth dosa batter. Heat a dosa thava and make dosas immediately after grinding. Serve hot.
